Real Estate Investor

I have spent the last 20 years building a successful career in real estate, with a focus on investing in residential properties. I purchased my first investment home with student loan money at the age of 25 and since then have owned over 30 homes. Through my work, I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in identifying undervalued properties, negotiating deals, and managing renovations and improvements to maximize investment returns.

In addition to my investment work, I am also passionate about helping others achieve their own real estate goals. I have been a mentor to many aspiring investors and have helped guide them through the complexities of the industry.
